On account of bank dacoity committed by unknown criminals after overpowering the customers as well as bank officials, the miscreants looted away cash therefrom. From para-11 of the case diary, it is evident that video footage was handed over to the Investigating Officer. Surprisingly, though charge sheet has been submitted but Investigating Officer had not cared to use the aforesaid video footage in order to ascertain identity of the culprit nor put on T.I. Parade and on account thereof, petitioner Lalan Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.94 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17651 of 2015 (3) dt.26-06-2015 copy of this order be served upon Superintendent of Police, Gaya to see how the Investigating Officer of the case are ignorant with regard to use of electronic evidence during course of investigation to fix, identify the culprit and further, they need proper tutorial on that very score which the Superintendent of Police, being head of the district is expected to discharge.
