Petitioners are in laws of the deceased and are being prosecuted in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific allegation has been levelled against them. Moreover, co-accused, Narayan Bind, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12277 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Karamchat P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016.
