Petitioner was arrested while he was found sitting in the house of one Guddu Mishra and after that, petitioner confessed his guilt leading to recovery of seven mobile phones and other articles from the house of co-accused Laxman Kumar. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.07.2015 and according to the prosecution case itself, no stolen articles was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
