The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/27 and 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one countrymade loaded pistol along with live cartridges was recovered and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 02.09.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 9 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Birpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014.
