The statements of both the victims have been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which they specifically stated that they had gone to solemnize their marriage with their lovers and none had kidnapped them.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Bishwambharpur P.S.Case No. 72 of 2015, G.R.No. 3097 of 2015.
