Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (i) For a direction upon respondent authorities to produce a copy of the decision of the Technical Bid Committee relating to serial no. 5 of the NIT issued by the Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat, Ekma

Patna High Court CWJC No.2569 of 2018 dt.30-01-2023 2/3 Bazar, District Saran dated 20.02.2017 and after production thereof same may be quashed to extent it related to the private respondent namely Sri Ajay Kumar Yadav, as he was liable to be disqualified in term of clause 21 of the NIT, the he was declared eligible.

(ii) The respondents authorities be further directed to produce a copy of the financial bid as well as agreement if executed and after production thereof same may be quashed.

(iii) For a further direction to the respondent authorities to enter into an agreement with the petitioner with regard to the item mentioned under serial no. 5 of the NIT issued by the Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat, Ekma Bazar, District Saran dated 20.02.2017.

(iv) For any other reliefs/ for which the petitioner may be deemed to entitled.

On 23.01.2023 we had passed the following order:- " in our considered view, the present matter has become infructuous, for the period of NIT stands expired.

Despite repeated calls, none has entered appearance on behalf of the parties.

However, in the interest of justice, matter is adjourned.
