Considering the aforesaid, the present application is disposed of.
The Divorce Case No. 250 of 2016 pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to be transferred to the court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to transfer the entire records of Divorce Case No. 250 of 2016 to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gaya within a period of 15 days from today.
On transfer of the record, the Principal Judge, Family
Patna High Court MJC No.3192 of 2018(5) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 Court, Gaya is directed to dispose of the Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 250 of 2016 at the earliest preferably within a period of six months.
