JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section384, 386, 387, 427, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and several others accused are said to have made attempt to forcibly take possession of land of the informant. There appears to be land dispute between the parties and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
