The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 380, 354, 436/504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant Aiyasha Khatoon with Garasi on her head and the petitioner is also alleged to have ordered for setting fire in the house of the informant, on which Ibrahim Mian ignited fire. There is a counter version. The injury found on the head of the informant is simple in nature. Ibrahim Mian and others have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in A.B.P. No.9058 of 2015 by the learned Sessions Judge.
