The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 386, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25 (1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the accused persons came and demand one lac rupees as extortion at the gun point and on chase, three accused persons including Puttu Sharma were apprehended. The petitioner is not named in the FIR.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured at the later stag in the confessional statement of co-accused. Except that, the police did not collect any tangible evidence against the petitioner, The petitioner is in jail since 25.2.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S.Case No.34 of 2015.
