2. State counsel accepts notice for respondents.

3. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this application is directed for the issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus / any other appropriate writ / order / direction commanding the respondents to revise the Grade Pay of the petitioner in accordance with Benefit of 1st and 2nd A.C.P on the basis of 6th pay revision w.e.f. 01.01.2006 granted and further for direction to the respondents to pay his salary according to his M.A.C.P grade pay as has

In support of the aforesaid relief sought by the petitioner, petitioner submitted representation on 04.02.2020 vide Annexure 2, the same has not been considered by the concerned respondent, therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law in passing a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
