The petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police arrested one Gopal Sao who disclosed the name of the petitioner and others who managed to flee away from the place of occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in jail since 24.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
