JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(i-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who were caught on the spot. No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent but apprehended co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
