The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(1-B)a/25(1-A), 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case in short is that on the secret information, the informant arrived at the place of occurrence and found 6-7 persons sitting near a bush. Five persons including the petitioner were apprehended and some arms were recovered from their possession.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. One country-made pistol along with four cartridge is said to have been recovered.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 684 of 2018.
