It would appear from perusal of impugned order of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, that in course of investigation, some witnesses supported this fact that the marriage of informant was solemnized with the petitioner. The stand of the petitioner is that the informant is his legally wedded wife but due to some differences she fled away from the house of the petitioner Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
