Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 326 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 342, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The occurrence has taken place due to road rage and the injury report has not been furnished by the hospital to the Investigating Officer of the case. The petitioners have clean antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 326 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Till the submission of chargesheet.
It the Investigating Officer files the injury report and the nature of injury is found grievous then the Court below will take decision about granting bail to the petitioner on the facts of the case.
