The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, two unknown accused persons fired on the husband of the informant who died on way to the hospital. Petitioner has been identified as one of them in the CCTV footage.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. He submits that even as per CCTV footage, petitioner was sitting on the motorcycle which was being

Petitioner is in custody since 12.1.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge IV cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Patna city in Chowk Police Station Case No. 327 of 2020.
