Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 13.4.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah District West Champaran in Shikarpur P.S.
