The petitioner seeks bail in Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

On recovery of one unidentified dead-body, FIR was lodged against unknown.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Bikash Kumar @ Bikesh Kumar and as per his confession petitioner was only conspirator and it was co-accused Haider who caused firearm injury on the person of deceased. Petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2021.

Case No. 59 of 2020.
