JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. On 11.08.2012 an unknown torso was recovered. Subsequently, the head of above stated torso was also recovered from a canal. One Rajendra Bhagat claimed to identify the torso and recovered head and stated that aforesaid torso and head were of his brother. Furthermore, the aforesaid witness, namely, Rajendra Bhagat disclosed that petitioner had hired the tempoo of the deceased and thereafter deceased did not return to his home. Except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 22.07.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
