Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 427, 324, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 427, 324, 504, 353, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44580 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Madhubani.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Benipatti (Madhubani) in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, before accepting bail bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.15,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Madhubani.
