JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State alongwith learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the informant at the outset submits that under a misappropriation the present FIR came to be instituted, it is next submitted that the informant has not supported the case of the prosecution in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. nor any objectionable picture of the informant was made viral by the petitioner as alleged in the FIR. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the informant, the petitioner above-named, in the

Case No. 237 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
