The petitioner seeks bail in Punpun P.S. Case No. 243 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 220 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was lodged against unknown for the murder of husband of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Mantu Kumar. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused there is no material which shows his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Moreover, during course of investigation, it has come that informant Mamta Devi is the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 243 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 220 of 2021.
