The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired which hit on the back of the deceased Ratnesh Yadav.

It is submitted that co-accused Ravindra Yadav and Bijay Yadav are also alleged to have fired but they have already been acquitted.

It appears that there is very specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired causing death of Ratnesh Yadav and the petitioner was absconding. Hence, I am not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18553 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
