ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 25.11.2014 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge V, Gopalganj in S.T. No. 144 of 2014.

On facts I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without giving unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
