Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2723c/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reading of the plaint, it appears that it is a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44612 of 2021(2) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 case of dispute with regard to payment of loan amount taken by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2723c/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
