The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.02.1015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 447, 448, 307, 427, 504 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant when informant fell down then co-accused Nand Kishore Yadav assaulted with Farsa on the cheek and rest accused persons assaulted with lathi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute of keeping the garbage the

Considering the fact that there is no accusation of repeating the blow, a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 407 of 2014.
