JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when petitioner along with one co-accused was found standing near the motorcycle. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and, as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught on mere suspicion. It is also submitted that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 29.11.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
