Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Complaint Case No.1601C of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the India Penal Code.
This bail application has been filed in the year 2019. Notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2 for her appearance but no one appeared on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 despite of "Dasti Summon"
