The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23400 of 2014 (Annexure-1), whereby the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No.292 of 2013 with certain conditions indicated in the aforesaid order dated 25.09.2014.

It is submitted that in the address column at the top of the order-sheet the police station of the petitioner has wrongly been shown as Monchari instead of Maniyari, districtMuzaffarpur. It is contended that the mistake in the order has occurred on account of mistake in the bail petition itself and, therefore, despite the order of bail, the petitioner has not been able to come out from the jail.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for modification is allowed. The order dated 25.09.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.23400 of 2014 (Annexure-1) is modified only to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18835 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 extent that in the address column at the top of the order-sheet the police station of the petitioner shall be read as Maniyari instead of Monchari.
