2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is inordinate delay in institution of the F.I.R. on 03.05.2018 for the alleged date of occurrence of 20.04.2018. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP on the other hand refers the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. in which direct accusation against the petitioner has been made.
5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31368 of 2019(3) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
