2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 1419 of 2023 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 346, 367, 370, 370(A), 372, 373, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 6, 12, 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act.

3. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner were involved in trafficking of children and on raid, one minor girl was recovered from the house of co-accused Nazma Khatoon.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation is against co-accused Nazma Khatoon and petitioner is only alleged to be an associate of co-accused Nazma Khatoon. The victim was found to be 17-19 years old and no sign of sexual assault was found on the body of victim. Petitioner is a lady and is in custody since 28.12.2023. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District JudgeVI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 1419 of 2023.
