The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 IPC.

The petitioner was granted bail by this court but on account of non-appearance in the trial court, his bail bond has been cancelled and was taken into custody on 8.2.2015. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No.320 of 2004 arising out of Nawada Nagar P.S.Case No.132 of 2003.
