Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case as he played the role of liner. Petitioner was not identified by the victim in T.I.P and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Ratnesh Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Judge 3rd cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushari P.S.Case No. 209 of 2015.
