====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 15.12.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 21328 of 2021, the prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on the ground that the manner of occurrence as alleged in the FIR and the fact which has come during the course of investigation appear diabolic.

The Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 194 of 2020 arising out of Azam Nagar (Salmari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Katihar/successor Court.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is refused.
