====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 26-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506, 448, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, all the accused persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the informant brutally by means of belt and danda with an intention to kill him. They also snatched the golden chain from his neck worth Rs. 2,00,000/- and mobile phone as well as Rs. 40,000/- from his pocket.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has committed no offence. No such occurrence as alleged has ever taken place.

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The real fact is that the petitioner went to the informant, who runs a private clinic in Bikramganj for treatment, but during course of the treatment, the informant started misbehaving with her and tried to touch her in objectionable way and upon this a dispute arose between both the parties and thereafter, the informant has lodged the present case against the petitioner to save his skin. It is further submitted that in the FIR, the weapon from which the petitioner assaulted the informant is not mentioned. The whole story is false and based on concocted facts. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as petitioner is a lady, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
