The petitioner has renewed her prayer for anticipatory bail which was earlier rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12345 of 2017 who is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34, 376 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that other accused have already been acquitted.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34584 of 2022(2) dt.28-11-2022 2/2 No new ground has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to take a different view in the matter.

Considering the fact that by order dated 28.03.2017 passed vide Cr. Misc. No. 12345 of 2017, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court, this Court is not inclined to take a different view in the matter. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

Let learned Court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner, keeping in view the facts stated above, in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, if she surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and pray for bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
