Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that one country-made rifle, one country-made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who carries criminal antecedent of three cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at least, at present, and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Ashish Ranjan, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Araria stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
