This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.03.2023 passed by the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Cr. Revision No. 138 of 2022, whereunder and whereby the learned lower revision Court has rejected the Criminal Revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 12.07.2022 passed by the A.C.J.M. Bikramganj holding offence under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. As per the F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has caught the hand of one Sangita Kumar with bad intention while she was going to school and on resistance, the petitioner threatened to kill her. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner including the allegation under POCSO Act, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter.
