2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 597A of 2009, arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2008 for the offences registered under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of the informant was killed by her husband and mother-in-law (Petitioner).
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to being mother-in-law. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is an old lady aged about 66 years having clean antecedent. She is in custody since
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35613 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 26.04.2025. Charge has already been framed. There is no chance of tampering with the evidence. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Munger in connection with Sessions Trial No. 597A of 2009, arising out of Muffasil P.S.
