This was the position existing almost three years back. Enough time has elapsed. The Director, ICDS will take a decision as to what is to be done for the non- selection at Centre

Patna High Court CWJC No.5556 of 2014 dt.29-02-2016 2/2 No.158, 159, 164, 170 and 171, falling in the Maharajganj Block of District Siwan and appropriate advice and direction be issued at the level of the Director after verifying the current position with regard to such engagement. A decision must be taken in this regard within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
