2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy of approaching the DRT, Patna, under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.8185 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the DRT, Patna, if they are so advised.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
