One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which he is in jail custody since 02.07.2015. No doubt, prior to institution of this case, petitioner was made accused in two other cases but taking note of the aforesaid facts and period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate at Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 171 of 2015.
