JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 Heard Shri Sanjay Kumar @ Manu, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.C. to A.A.G. No. 7. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 2961 of 2016, which stood dismissed due to non -compliance of peremptory order dated 02.08.2017.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition as well as submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that if M.J.C. No. 2961 of 2016 is restored, within a period of three weeks thereafter he will comply the order dated 02.08.2017 in M.J.C. No. 2961 of 2016. Accordingly, the present restoration petition stands allowed with indication

Patna High Court MJC No.3343 of 2017(2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 that if the order dated 02.08.2017 in M.J.C. No. 2961 of 2016 is not complied within three weeks from today, the restoration petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
