The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 286/2022 dated 18.12.2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V Cum Special Judge (Excise)-I, Madhepura. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35227 of 2023(2) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
