In this case the petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

15 litres of Mahua wine was recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 1 and 30 litres of Mahua wine was recovered from the possession of petitioner no. 2. The petitioners are in custody since 02.04.2015.
