Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested in Motipur P.S. case no. 180/2015 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case and after that the petitioner was remanded in this case on 15.12.2015 and since then he is languishing in jail custody but up till now, the concerned I.O did not take pain to arrange T.I. Parade of the petitioner.

Moreover, except present case as well as Motipur P.S. case no. 180/2015, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Bhairagania
