Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(3), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

11.60 liter Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.03.2019 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with G.O.
