2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 28.05.2024, the son of the informant did not return home after closing his CSP. In the morning of 29.05.2024, at around 06:00 A.M., his dead body was found hanging in the Methura orchard. It is further submitted that the petitioner was last seen with the deceased on the date of occurrence, and there was some altercation between them due to monetary dispute.
