JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The written report of informant reflects that she is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence because she claims that at about 9 p.m on 24.07.2014, while her husband was outside the house, the petitioner and other F.I.R named accused caught him and took to other place where her husband was assaulted. Moreover, in course of investigation, witnesses claimed that the dead body of the deceased was found in his room and only one injury on the head of the deceased was found in course of his post mortem examination.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2624 of 2015 (3) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P.S.case No.66 of 2014.
